I booked HomeHaven to clean our 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, which is no easy task, and I was incredibly impressed with the service from start to finish. Michelle was extremely professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire process.

Before her arrival, she had us complete a questionnaire to better understand our needs and expectations, which I thought was such a professional touch. Throughout the day, she regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and encouraged us to let her know if there was anything she may have missed so she could happily go over it.

Beyond the quality of the cleaning, Michelle was so friendly and provided genuinely amazing customer service, which can sometimes be hard to find on the island. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
